  13. Hi... I have an IBM 8513 color monitor. The monitor shows only a     
  14. horizontal line on the screen whenever powered up. The line is very
  15. bright and it looks like that its vertical deflection circuit has gone
  16. bad.

  18. I don't know where to start from even if it is virtical deflection circuit.
  19. If anyone can help me in fixing this problem, I'll appreciate that.
