  13. Hi there,

  15. I am currently building a rather large application using HP C++ 3.0.
  16. It compiles without trouble, but when I try to link it, the loader
  17. complains with the following error message:

  19. cc: error 1405: "/bin/ld" terminated abnormally.
  20.  
  21. I got this message after adding just a few lines of code. According to
  22. the manual this means that the loader crashed. What on the core file
  23. returns

  29. so I am pretty sure that the problem is with the loader.

  31. Any ideas or workarounds on how to solve this problem ? I have a
  32. deadline real soon now, and can't even compile it.
