- Hi there,
-
- I am currently building a rather large application using HP C++ 3.0.
- It compiles without trouble, but when I try to link it, the loader
- complains with the following error message:
-
- cc: error 1405: "/bin/ld" terminated abnormally.
-
- I got this message after adding just a few lines of code. According to
- the manual this means that the loader crashed. What on the core file
- returns
-
- core:
- 92453-07 A.08.54.1 Linker
- HP92453-02A.08.30 HP-UX SYMBOLIC DEBUGGER (END.O) $Revision: 71.9 $
-
- so I am pretty sure that the problem is with the loader.
-
- Any ideas or workarounds on how to solve this problem ? I have a
- deadline real soon now, and can't even compile it.
-
- If you think you can help me, please do so.
- Thanks in advance.
- Joao M.
