- I have never been able to make a lot of sense out of the memory usage
- statistics from top either (except the "free" seems reasonable);
- if anyone can explain in simple terms what those values are, I'd like
- to hear it (the values come straight from the kernel in 'struct vmtotal',
- items t_arm, t_rm, t_avm, t_vm and t_free (from <sys/vmmeter.h>)).

- I didn't change the numbers top displays when I messed with it, just
- the format so it would fit on one line for systems with 128 MB+, and
- made sure that the conversion of the above t_* values from pages to KB
- didn't overflow a 'short int'.
