- I have now been trying for quite some time to connect a Maxtor
- Tahiti 1 magneto-optical disk drive to our Apollos. So far, without
- success. All I could do is make scsi_info actually find the drive.
- But invol claims "no controller found", and mount says "device busy".
- It just seems impossible...

- Yesterday, I plugged the drive into our DEC -- and it worked on
- first try (well, almost -- but it is fairly easy). So much for HP's
- conception of an "open system"...
