- The package upgrade for 2.04 over here in Canada is AS314. There are two versions,
- the Super Kick Start which is the soft ROM, and the chip version.

- If you have any problems, you could contact Commodore Canada which is "second"
- in command after Commodore USA. Their address is:
-
- Commodore Business Machines
- 3470 Pharmacy Ave,
- Agincourt, Ontario, Canada
- M1W ___
-
- I'm sorry, I dont' have the postal code off hand, but I will post the address
- on the network so keep a look out for it.

- You need to contact their head quarters in Europe. I am assuming that Germany
- is NOT or maybe it is, the head quarters for CBM. I usually contact CBM Canada
- or CBM USA. Usually it takes a LONG time for them to reply. I complained
- that CATS at Commodore Canada and a copy of the developers information kit
- was not sent to me, when I asked for it about four months before. Within
- two weeks, I was sent two copies of everything.
