  25. The package upgrade for 2.04 over here in Canada is AS314.  There are two versions,
  26. the Super Kick Start which is the soft ROM, and the chip version.

  32. in command after Commodore USA.  Their address is:

  49. You need to contact their head quarters in Europe.  I am assuming that Germany
  50. is NOT or maybe it is, the head quarters for CBM.  I usually contact CBM Canada
  51. or CBM USA.  Usually it takes a LONG time for them to reply.  I complained
  52. that CATS at Commodore Canada and a copy of the developers information kit
  53. was not sent to me, when I asked for it about four months before.  Within
  54. two weeks, I was sent two copies of everything.
