- Situation:
- I have an A3000 with a 386 Bridgeboard and the newest Janus software
- (2.1?). I recently bought a multi-feature pc card for the bridgeboard
- which gave me SVGA, an IDE controller, and I/O ports. Among the I/O ports
- is a port for LPT1:. The card cannot disable this port or move it to
- LPT2:. The janus software allows for LPT1: Emulation through software.
-
- Problem:
- I cannot print from either the Janus emulation or the physical port!
- There is probably a conflict in the allocation of the LPT1: port, but
- what can I do about it? Can the emulation provided by Janus be disabled?
- Or can the physical port on the card be disabled through DOS?
-
- Somebody please help!
