  32. You are using nearly the same configuration I have (A590 w/2megs FASTram,
  33. Quantum 85ELS)...Your best bet is to set your serial port to 19.2Kbps and to
  34. bump up the task priority of your terminal program (try 1 to 15 in small
  35. increments).  Also, don't use your floppy drives or multitasking programs 
  36. if you can avoid it.  Also, I have recently upgraded from kickstart 1.3 to 2.0
  37. and I have noticed that I now receive quite a bit fewer errors when downloading.

  45. I will e-mail you my COURIER HST modem settings if you would like.  I recommend
  46. against using modem setting programs as you don't know what they're telling
  47. your modem to do.  Of course, if you don't know much about high speed modems,
  48. then what else is there to do?
