  18. Most likely, this hasn't got to the printer, the 4% of the data that has
  19. been 'sent' will be waiting in your computer's printer buffer...

  25. I get exactly the same problem with Impression 2's dongle: I can't talk to
  26. my printer (e.g. print from Draw) until I have run Impression.
  27. This seems to be related to the fact that if my printer was turned off when
  28. I turned on my Arc (usually the case), the dongle fails entirely - I can't
  29. use the parallel port, and Impression gives a 'hardware key not found' error.
  30. I can fix this (and do) by unplugging the cable from the printer end for a
  31. couple of seconds, which seems to 'clear' the dongle.
  32. I have an Olivetti JP306 laser printer and an A5000.

  34. The only suggestion I can give you is work out when it fails, and what you
  35. can do to fix it, and then put up with it...
