  19. I got them last week, but generally I have to wait 3-5 mins before
  20. the bloody operators answer the phone.

  22. I prefered their automatic system where you could dial the extension you
  23. wanted if you had a tone dial phone!....

  25. Incidentally I suppose I'd better try and phone them again, I still
  26. haven't recieved my manuals and disks for my ARM3 and RISCOS3.1 upgrades,
  27. Not bad for 4 months after I ordered them!
