- No, they must mean the unique IDs built into the newer machines. Puzzling,
- because that means the software won't be protected on older machines.

- I think Acorn has changed its policy on this matter. The unique ID is
- stored in a small IC which can be removed and put in a different machine.

- These are new cards intended for the A3020 and A4000 - ie they are mini
- expansion cards. The Aleph One cards are half-width.
