  13. Can somebody answer a stupid question:

  15. What is the reason for the difference in the lenght of the window-field
  16. (16)
  17. and the sequence-number-field (32 bit). Using 16-bit-numbers for sequencing
  18. and acknowledging could spare 4 byte in each packet.
  19. Hope this isn½t a faq.
