- I have gotten a great amount of help with MacPPP and PPP facts
- in general--there are a lot of good minds out there. I have one
- more question. I am not an UNIX expert, dealing mostly with the
- Macintosh side of things, therefore I am not familiar with many
- of the strange UNIX goodies that are out there. I understand that
- it is possible to use MacPPP to log onto my UNIX machine and then
- start PPP from there. I need to find a PPP version for unix, and
- some simple instructions on how to install it on my account for
- testing purposes. Many thanks for all the previous help. Perhaps
- it would be better to post replies as I know many people are
- doing much the same thing as I am.
-
- By the way, I have read the FAQ, and it is FTP`able from merit.edu, I
- also saw many .tar files of PPP programs. I just wish I knew which
- one to use! Thanks again, -Dan

- My only hope is that this works.
