  18. I can't speak for their product on DTCs, but as a company I am very happy
  19. with the responsiveness of MSTs engineers.  I have a support contract.
  20. I made a feature request which appeared in their beta version two days 
  21. later.  I had lots of questions, which they answered quickly.  The firewall 
  22. in MST PPP is a cheap and important security solution for us.  There seems 
  23. to be a real effort by MST to satisfy customer needs.
