  37.     and total disregard for ethics that spread a virus
  38.     to my system, I won't hold any responsibility for my actions

  41.     These actions as well as the disclaimer are not too much
  42.     different than finding a loaded gun in your back alley
  43.     and advertising it for sale, even though it doesn't
  44.     belong to you, all the while proclaiming innocence
  45.     and denying responsibility if someone gets hurt.

  47.     There are probably many bleeding heart civil libertarians
  48.     out there who will disagree with me, but I think it's
  49.     about time we got some new laws that would make it a crime
  50.     to distribute virus-related material, regardless of any
  51.     disclaimers or denials of responsibility.
