  24. Hello.  My name is Kang Su Gatlin and I am a student at Cal Poly SLO 
  25. studying Computer Science.  At our school we don't have any parallel 
  26. programming classes or anything and I would like to do my senior project
  27. dealing with issues of parallel systems (I'd also like to go on to 
  28. pursue my Ph.D. work in this field).

  30. I'm essentially a beginner at this topic and I would like to know where
  31. to do research on this.  What ftp sites should I check out, any
  32. publications?

  34. Thanks in advance.  Any help is appreciated, and if I make any breakthroughs
  35. in the parallel field you will get due credit ( no guarantees though cause
  36. I've never done research before).
