- Hello,
-
- I am currently using QuickC 2.5 to develop a simple computational fluid
- dynamics program. I am running from a full screen Dos session, and all the
- graphics calls I use seem to work just fine. However, I decided tn a
- test case in the background and OS/2 said it could not support the graphics
- mode in a window. This is somewhat puzzling since the graphics mode is
- 640x480x16 (_VRES16COLOR, for those of you who have used the MS routines),
- and the desktop is running 800x600x256.
-
- Is this a problem with the CSD TSENG drivers, MS QC, or simply some setting
- that I need to change?
-
- Current setup is:
- GA+SP TSENG 800x600x256 driver
- Diamond Speedstar HiColor (TSENG 4000 + HiColor RAMDAC)
-
- Thanks in advance for any comments,
-
- BTW: What is the difficulty level increase in going to OS/2 non-PM programming
- with graphics (and PM for that matter)?
