- Both Microsoft C6 (16-bit) and IBM C Set/2 (32-bit) can be used with
- the OS/2 PM graphics API functions. Windows tools can also be used to
- build Windows apps that will run either in full-screen or seamless
- WIN-OS2 sessions, albeit with somewhat less power and performance than
- the native OS/2 PM API.

- That depends. If you want to write for OS/2 only, I'd suggest you use
- C Set/2 from the low-cost PDK CD-ROM.
