  19. Both Microsoft C6 (16-bit) and IBM C Set/2 (32-bit) can be used with
  20. the OS/2 PM graphics API functions.  Windows tools can also be used to
  21. build Windows apps that will run either in full-screen or seamless
  22. WIN-OS2 sessions, albeit with somewhat less power and performance than
  23. the native OS/2 PM API.

  27. That depends.  If you want to write for OS/2 only, I'd suggest you use
  28. C Set/2 from the low-cost PDK CD-ROM.
