- Note that the Guide to Interface Design and Advanced Interface Design
- Reference books have comment forms in the back. You can probably
- photocopy these, cross out the information at the top (about the
- manual title and publication number), replace it with the information
- for the manual you are commenting on, include your comments, then send
- the form in.
