  29. Note that the Guide to Interface Design and Advanced Interface Design
  30. Reference books have comment forms in the back.  You can probably
  31. photocopy these, cross out the information at the top (about the
  32. manual title and publication number), replace it with the information
  33. for the manual you are commenting on, include your comments, then send
  34. the form in.
