  24. What number are you calling?? We have purchased 2 copies from IBM and have
  25. no problems (with the purchasing - there are some bugs)

  27. It seems like if the immediate sales person has no idea, you should ask for a
  28. supervisor (and continue up the line until you either get an answer, or a
  29. promise of a call-back along with a usable phone number and name YOU can use to
  30. re-call the person).
