- What number are you calling?? We have purchased 2 copies from IBM and have
- no problems (with the purchasing - there are some bugs)

- It seems like if the immediate sales person has no idea, you should ask for a
- supervisor (and continue up the line until you either get an answer, or a
- promise of a call-back along with a usable phone number and name YOU can use to
- re-call the person).
