  29. For anyone interested in the Windows speaker driver, I have forwarded
  30. a copy to ftp-os2.nmsu.edu.  It is now located in /pub/uploads
  31. (although it will be moved), filename speaker.zip.  I have included a
  32. README file with OS/2 considerations (namely to adjust HW_TIMER).

  34. I still strongly recommend a sound adapter if you want good results.
  35. That means either a Creative Labs SoundBlaster or IBM M-Audio adapter.
  36. It may mean that MediaVision will be an option in the future, but
  37. their drivers are still in beta.
