- No, Windows 3.0/3.1 will keep the current directory from where it was booted.
- So if started from C:\DOS, the Windows current directory would be C:\DOS.

- Besides, with Program Manager 3.1, one can set the starting directory in the
- program item setting, whether it is a DOS or a Windows program. This method
- would work under WinOS/2 3.1 obviously.

- However, under Windows 3.0, it was possible to specify a starting directory,
- only for DOS programs, through the use of .PIF files. This would not work
- under WinOS/2 3.0, but of course you don't need it anyway, since you probably
- start your DOS programs from OS/2 directly...
