  19. Do you know how much the upgraded ROM is and whether they will let you install
  20. it and ship the old one back ??? I have been meaning to call them and
  21. complain, but I just haven't had the time (that and WinOS2 plays WAV files
  22. acceptably (as long as you don't do much else)).
