- To save others some time looking for the cause of some strange
- behaviour of Norton Commander for OS/2, here are a few bugs I believe
- to have found in it (tested under OS/2 2.0 GA + Service Pack):
- - dragging a file from NC to the Shredder contrary to what is
- said in the docs does NOT result in a deletion of the file;
- - refreshing a file list after a disk change in a floppy
- drive does not always update the bytes free display
- (e.g.~refresh done in Commander mode from the Right menu with
- Refresh) although the new floppy contents IS correctly shown;
- - if extended selection in file lists IS choosen
- in Commander or Desktop mode then it is
- not possible to select the first file/dir in a file list
- (the one at the top of the list);
- Has anybody else found other bugs?
- I would like to write a letter to Symantec...
