  14. I assume most of you who have been using NT received a letter from
  15. MS about a "free offer" for something called the Tools Sampler.
  16. There is a fax number which we are supposed to reply to but I have not
  17. been able to get through. I believe the fax is probably turned off
  18. because I have tried to send throughout the 24 hour day.

  20. Anyone have any input on this?
