  13. Hello ...  just possibly this question is in the FAQ, but I haven't seen the
  14. FAQ.  What I'm wondering is, does anyone have a description of the .REX
  15. executable format produced by the Watcom C/386 compiler?  I'm using it to
  16. compile 32-bit programs under Windows 3.1  The .REX file is the
  17. "relocatable executable" produced by the linker and converted into a .EXE
  18. or .DLL file by the program "WBIND".  Apparently this format was created
  19. by Phar Lap.
