  13. This question is for a friend.  He has been unable to place text
  14. into a stretched bitmat (after it has been stretched).  To be more
  15. specific, he is using the function "stretchblt()" to stretch a 
  16. bitmap.  He then wants to use "textout()" on the destination device
  17. context.  He *can* place the text into the bitmap before it is
  18. stretched, but then the stretching distorts the text. Any suggestions?
