  11. How do you draw non-horizontal text in Visual Basic, or Windows in general
  12. for that matter ?  I need to draw text at any orientation.

  14. Also, I have seen programs that generate 3 dimensional graphs where the text
  15. used to label the axes also appears 3 dimensional.  That is, the user can
  16. specify the viewing angle for the graph and the vertical axis text is drawn
  17. vertically and appears to be rotated about the Z axis as well, so it appears
  18. to be in the same plane as the vertical axis grid. It works with ATM and 
  19. True Type fonts.  How is that done ??
