  11. I desperately need to get the TCP/IP workig under Linux. I have the
  12. following info and would appreciate any advise....

  14. 1) My IP Address and name :
  15. 128.2.111.51         PC10790.PC.CC.CMU.EDU
  16. 2) Router Address for CMU :
  17. 128.2.1.2            CMU-DEFAULT.NET.CMU.EDU
  18. 3) Domain - I guess I would have to put it as either CMU.EDU or ANDREW.CMU.EDU
  19. 4) What is Net address!!?? I don't know. I tried 255.255.0.0 which I
  20. belive is a netserver for CMU.

  23.     Would someone please be so kind as to e-mail me some files as
  24. examples...using which I could set up my own system. Esp the hosts file
  25. and the other net stuff.

  27.     I would also appreciate any help in installing X for the 1024-768
  28. mode with a Diamond SpeedStar Plus and a CVP 5468NI monitor.
