  12. Ok, I've been trying to learn the ins-and-outs of curses, and I've run into
  13. a slight problem.  On linux, I've made a simple program that moves a cursor
  14. around the screen (using curses, of course).  It works okay, except that if
  15. I move it vertically up or down the screen, it will always jump over to the
  16. left side of the screen.  Horizontal motion is fine.

  18. So, thinking I made a mistake, I re-compiled on our school mainframe, and
  19. voila--it works fine!
  20.  
  21. My question is this:  is there a bug in the Linux curses library?  I
  22. remember some time ago someone posted something about the latest curses
  23. version being put on some ftp site...
