  10.    I have the MCC version of linux.  I tried to install lilo as
  11. described there.  Something is wrong.
  12.  
  13.    When I boot and hold down a key, I am asked to choose an operating
  14. system.  The option msdos seems to work correctly.  When I type
  15. linux.  I get a series of messages like
  16.  
  17. linux bread failed
  18. msdos bread failed
  19. unable to mount root
  20.  
  21.    I hope there's an easy way to fix this
