- I have heard that DR-DOS doesn't like the linux partition number. It
- strips off the low order bits of the partition number and see's the linux
- partition (type 0x81) as a dos partition (type 0x01).

- Try choosing a different type number for the linux partition. I think
- linux won't care what the actual number is as long as the contents are
- properly formated as a minix file system.
