- I think it has something to do with names like "mkefs", "efsck", etc.

- Since I'm planning to make those historical relics shortly :-) it shouldn't
- be necessary to worry excessively about them. "?fs" is a silly naming
- scheme for generic filesystems anyway --- the namespace is much too small.
