  20. PURPOSE: Apology for loss of some responses. 
  21. DETAIL:Our Internet server went down for the count and
  22.        in the process of endeavouring to recover from
  23.        the problem we lost a whole host of news items
  24.        and incoming electronic mail. If you have sent
  25.        an email or a posting about my earlier request
  26.        for Business Domain Classes, and you have not had
  27.        a reply by phone or email, would you please
  28.        retransmit the email message.

  30.        I have had telephone and email response from
  31.        Australian Telecom who have wisely suggested that
  32.        I look at the emerging standardisation of managed
  33.        objects proposed by OSI Network Management and
  34.        by CCITT and the Object Management Group as well
  35.        as X/Open Snapshot XMOG about Managed Objects.
  36.        We are looking at these emerging standards and the
  37.        direction that they imply.
