  12. I need, not later than the morning of the 27th, Eastern time, data/information
  13. regarding workstation price performance over the past 10 years.  I need to
  14. produce a graph demonstrating the increases in performance achieved during
  15. that period at relatively constant cost.

  19. 1983 $10,000 buys an XX MHz 68000-based Sun 1 with X MB RAM, roughly X MIPS
  20. 1985 $10,000 buys ...
  21. 1987 $10,000 buys ...
  22. 1989 $10,000 buys ...
  23. 1991 $10,000 buys ...
  24. 1993 $10,000 buys a 75MHz HP 700 with 32 MB RAM, roughly 80 MIPS

  26. I need the information necessary to fill in the X's and blanks.  I can get the
  27. recent information, but the older stuff is harder to find.  I'd also like to
  28. use constant dollars, adjusted for inflation.  Anyone have that information?

  31. the odd-years or $10k suggested above.
