Email supports a major segment of my work.  There is no better way to interact
with colleagues than email for daily administrative and substantive issues.
FASGATE has added signficantly to the power of email for contacting those who
don't read their email or who don't have email.

Raising the issue of restricting use is similar to raising the issue of using
the telephone, US Mail, typewriter, or word processor at work.  Should we go
back to pencils?
