  12. I've noticed that some people have configured their (e-mail) account
  13. to automatically acknowledge mail received when they are away for an 
  14. extended period of time.  How does one go about setting up such a
  15. mechanism?  I have a colleague who would like to have her e-mail
  16. automatically acknowledged when it arrives in her account. My colleague is
  17. on a VM/CMS system, but I would also like to know how to accomplish the
  18. same thing on a Unix system.
