  12. Suppose an open  uniform cubic B-spline curve Q(t),0<= t<= 1  which is defined
  13. by control points V1, V2, V3 and V4.

  15. Is it possible to find a uniform cubic B-spline curve C(u)=Q(t), whose control
  16. points are W1,..,Wn  and first and last control points are
  17. triple points: 
  18. Q(0) = W1 = W2 = W3 and Q(1) = Wn-2 = Wn-1 = Wn ?
