  31. There was a good reason the name was misleading.  The TelCo rep I talked to
  32. was WRONG!!  I got more and more suspicious, so I called again and got
  33. someone else who said:

  36.   To reject calls not transmitting their number:  Anonymous Caller Rejection

  38. Makes more sense, now.  But I was right about NO BLOCKING AVAILABLE IN MY
  39. AREA CODE.  No per-call or per-line number-blocking at all.

  41. So I still need to scream at them.
