  13. Can someone please explain to me a little (in plain English) what ISDN
  14. is/does? 
  15. Cincinnati is just now beginning to get widespread use of ISDN and I would like
  16. to know more about it. I talked to a Cincinnati Bell Telephone representative
  17. and he said it provides capabilities of transmitting data at HIGH raetes of
  18. speed while talking voice at the same time.. etc.

  20. Can someone tell me exactly what ISDN is? How it works? What does the TelCo
  21. have to do to upgrade? Uses?
