- Why not use tri-state LEDs for some of the indicators? HS could be
- solid green for 16.8Kbps, flashing green for 14.4Kbps, red for
- 9600bps, and off for <9600bps. EC could be solid green for
- V.42/V.42bis, solid red for MNP4/MNP5, and off for no EC. Similar
- tricks could be played with SQ to give more than a go-no go indication
- for line quality.
