  24. Apparently, percentage wise, the rest of the world doesn't charge that much
  25. more in taxes, rather the raw prices are quite a bit dearer.

  27. Anyway, the point is that when you go out in your car, you are very heavily
  28. subsidised--you are driving on extremely expensive roads and putting out ton's
  29. of pollution, and not paying the cost.
