  20. I know for a fact that the situation is different in Ontario.
  21. A large number of dairy/beef farms in Northern Ontario (about the
  22. only undeveloped part of the province) are returning to their
  23. natural state.   These farms cannot compete with farms with better
  24. weather/soil.
