  15. This is a bit of an aside, but I recall reading stories from/about
  16. non-custodial parents who either were supposedly making outrageously low or
  17. outrageously high child support payments. This has me wondering just how is
  18. the amount to be paid in child support determined? Is the formula (assuming
  19. there is one) uniform across the country, or is it a provincial matter?
