- I called Avis International to enquire how much a car rental would cost
- if I planned to rent from Seattle, Washington and drive to Vancouver,
- BC and back. They informed me that Canada has some law stating that
- a Canadian citizen cannot drive an American-owned car in Canada. Has
- anyone ever heard of this? What is the rational for it? Is there any
- way around it?

- and sane to use a 2000kg device to move a 60kg body and a 3kg brain to and
- from it's place of work every day.
