  23. Most of the settings that are relevant are in NBCUSTOM.SET,
  24. (Unannotated Version). See the NB4DEF file that has been distributed
  25. over this list (and perhaps included in one of the ZIPs at TAUNIVM and
  26. Simtel mirror sites).

  28. The difference between NB3 and NB4 may actually be in how PL is
  29. calculated in relation to Form Depth. See the NB3 manual for the
  30. convoluted calculations which EXCLUDE the Bottom Margin (but not the
  31. Top Margin) in calculating the number of lines you'll manage with
  32. variable PL. The online help diagrams for Page Layout give some
  33. visual guidelines in each version. NB4's QRG pp 82-83 gives some
  34. further help.

  36. And then, yes, Hewlett Packard LJ's do have minds of their own about
  37. how close to the edges of the paper (all sides) they will print. Trial
  38. and error, and then write down what works! You DON'T want to have to
  39. go through this again next time.
