  13. Does anybody know of software that creates 3D profiles that
  14. allows one to match an amino acid sequence against a protein
  15. structure.  I am specifically interested in the method
  16. published by Eisenberg and coworkers at UCLA (Luthy et al. in
  17. Nature vol. 356, 1992 and Bowie et al. in Science vol. 253, 1991).
