  22. The IBB is a non-profit book-distribution service, funded by, among others,
  23. AID and USIA.  All donors have to do is send their books to IBB by 4th-class
  24. mail.  IBB catalogs what it receives, maintains a database of available
  25. titles that it shares with any interested party around the world, and then
  26. pays to ship the books out.  It ships millions--literally--of books around
  27. the world each year.  Here at Hopkins, we've used IBB a number of times
  28. with great success.  They have a nice info packet about their services.
