  14. Hello fellow Unix users, I am a member of the Victoria A.C.N. and 
  15. I wish to hear from other A.C.N. members or interested public. Our
  16. main thrust is to have the N.A.F.T.A. ratification posponed untill
  17. the Canadian people have a chance to vote on whether or not we want
  18. to enter into an agreement which would change the very fabric of 
  19. being Canadian. We believe that before we are committed to any deal
  20. which we cannot back out of for 10 years, we deserve time to study
  21. the contents and investigate the effects on our economy and social
  22. structure. With soaring unemployment, and raising government deflict
  23. to rush into an agreement which may well see more companies move 
  24. south with the resulting loss of jobs and government revenue, may
  25. well bring an end to the standard of living to which Canadians have
