- Tierney,
-
- I understand your position, in many ways it mirrors my own, your
- commitment to family is complete, and the cost of living the life that
- would make you happy, has too high a price tag. Nonetheless, a person
- can't hide from their nature. If you swallow your need long enough it
- is apt to come back up as an ulcer? heart desease? a brain tumor?
- So, it's important that you speak your heart, share your feelings,
- seek the counsel of people who care, and possibly professionals. You
- should also never underestimate how much the people you love, love
- you in return... they might be more understanding than you suspect.
- Last, keeping such dire secret from your loved ones, does them no
- favor... sooner or later you will notice how walls built hurt your
- ability to be close to those you love.
-
- Kelly,
-
- Right on girl, I hope you find your slice-o-heaven, I pray that
- you have your cake and eat it too (and a dollop of Hagen Daz for
- good measure). Your in for for stormy weather, but it's gotta be
- better coming home to yourself, than spending the rest of this
- precious life skirting your true nature. So damn the torpedoes and
- full speed ahead...
-
- Love Y'all, Marie
