  26.     Our Tenth Annual WinterStar Symposium promises the kind of programming
  27. ACE has built its reputation on:  bursting with possibilities, and blazing with
  28. the bizarre.  Read on and see what we mean!

  30.     Anodea Judith, High Priestess of the Church of All Worlds, is a
  31. practicing psychotherapist, bodyworker, spiritual teacher, musician and writer. 
  32. Her workshop, _Movement Meditation Through the Chakras_ will use the
  33. comprehensive ACE/Llewellyn tape to her comprehensive book, _Wheels of Life:  A
  34. User's Guide to the Chakra System._  She will also present _The Energetics of
  35. Magick_, an intermediate level workshop dealing with the energetic principles
  36. behind magical workings such as morphogenetic fields, polarity, channeling
  37. personal energy, and group dynamics.  Anodea will also be available for private

  41.     Robert Anton Wilson is a Futurist, novelist, playwright, poet,
  42. lecturer, author of 26 books thusfar*, and a male Feminist who is also a leader
  43. of the Men's Movement.  We welcome his new look at the Sex War:  _Men, Women
  44. and Other Wild Animals._  According to Wilson, better communication and some
  45. knowledge of primate psychology will end Gendercide and lead us to the Peace

  49.     Robert Shea is a magazine writer, editor and novelist.  His talk,
  50. _Religion and Magic in the Central Empire,_ explores the universe of Chinese
  51. paganism:  innumerable gods and goddesses, feng shui, acupuncture, Taoist
  52. divinities, dragons and "nourishing the vital principle".

  54.     Wilson and Shea will speak with us together on their forthcoming

  57.     Elie is a member of the Am HaAretz, a Hebrew Earth Spirituality
  58. tradition.  She has lectured & written many articles in various countries,
  59. including the USA, and studied at Tel Aviv University.  Her presentation, _The
  60. Hebrew Goddess,_ will illustrate who She was and is in Literature, in History,
  61. and in Archaeology.  What were the ancient Hebrew symbols and modes of Her
  62. worship, and what are they today?

  64.     The Rev. Ivan Stang is Sacred Scribe #273 of the mighty Church of the
  65. SubGenius, creator and star of the nationally syndicated _Hour of Slack_ radio
  66. show, author, film producer, and clay animator.  The Reverend will showcase
  67. communications the Church receives from the newest forms of extremists with an
  68. update to his Simon and Schuster book, _High Weirdness by Mail._  Yes,
  69. children, a mind boggling maelstrom of mutants are springing up like mushrooms
  70. and this...original strangeness named Stang will spread its spores unto us all.

  76. of the world's most active shamanic cultures in existence, and _The Way of the
  77. Goddess:  The "Green" Philosophy of Shinto_ focusing on the only contemporary
  78. goddess centered major religion, Japanese Shinto, which celebrates the flow and
  79. flux of nature.

  82. Massotherapist and VP of the Ohio State Massage Therapy Assoc. presents

  167.     On Friday night, C.C. Rosencomet presents Terry Southern's farce _"The
  168. Magic Christian"_ starring Peter Sellers as "Guy Grand", eccentric millionaire,
  169. and Ringo Starr as his adopted hippie son "YoungMan Grand", who use their
  170. millions to freak out the rich and powerful while proving _people will do
  171. anything for money._  Includes appearances by Christopher Lee, Spike Milligan,
  172. Yul Brynner, Roman Polanski, Raquel Welch, and most of Monty Python.  Then, our
  173. first-ever live modern dance performance by Karen Allgire and Colleen Clark! 
  174. Finally, our traditional WinterStar Bardic Circle.  The stage will be open for
  175. all to offer their art, be it song, story, poetry or dance.  The festivities
  176. continue into the night at the Hospitality Cabin (#17).

  178.     _"THE MUSIC OF THE SPHERES"_  What happens when 100 people all sing
  179. _the same note_ for 3 minutes?  Sit together silently?  Create a brand-new
  180. "Starmony" (a multi-part mother of all chants)?  The answer is this year's
  181. Saturday night "Experience", in which various musical exercises will let us
  182. explore the powerful common ground behind all music -- then tap that energy to
  183. draw forth the inner voice within each of us.  Whatever your music "skill
  184. level", we invite you to join this unique experiment in group and personal

  189.     No need to rough it here!  Each cabin has 4 bedrooms with double beds,
  190. 2 "daybeds" (not foldout couches) in the living/dining room area, a large
  191. dining room table, one and a half baths, a kitchen complete with cooking
  192. utensils, dishes and silverware, complete linens for beds and baths and more!

  196. soaring glass window at the snow drifting down, come to WinterStar '93.  A
